Oh candle burning so brightly
dare not flicker this day.
for in the depths of flame
I seek your light.

Oh candle bringer of warmth
messenger of time
give me hope and glow
for I need your shine this day.

Oh candle that echo's the light
and opens my heart
that once was cold with fear
bring me warmth.

Oh candle that alone does shine
in the dark places of time
bring me comfort and life
and nourish my soul.

Oh candle that marks the night
so I may find a ray of bright
leading me to find
your moment in mine.
